Booking Form
Upon review by the EPSC
Webmaster for content, this submission will be forwarded to the Council
office. Upon receipt from the webmaster, a member of the
Council Office will contact you to confirm
details and arrange for payment.
To provide sufficient time
for the Camp Committee to rebook sites/facilities, all bookings must be
cancelled no later than (NLT) 1 week prior to the event/activity. With the exception of
emergency situations (to be determined on a case-by-case basis), failure
to notify the Council Office of a cancellation within the prescribed
time may result in a forfeiture of deposit(s)
Notes: If you have indicated that you require program equipment,
it is your responsibility to contact one of the following individuals at
least two (2) weeks prior to your activity:

Failure to notify one of
the above of a cancellation within 48 hours of your requirement will
result in a mileage fee being charged to your Group/Section.
Finally, bookings are not official until deposits are paid. First paid,
first booked.
If you require further information on
camping at Ernest Poole Scout Camp or do not receive a call from the
office within 5 business days after submitting an on-line booking
request, please contact the Council Office at (780) 454-8561 ext:235 to confirm that she
has received your booking request.
