Note: If you have indicated that you require program equipment, it is your responsibility to

Failure to notify one of the above of a cancellation within 48hours of your requirement will result in a mileage fee being charged to your Group/Section.

Additional Comments:

Upon review by the EPSC Webmaster for content, this submission will be forwarded to the Council office. Upon receipt from the webmaster, a member of the Council Office will contact you to confirm details and arrange for payment.

To provide sufficient time for the Camp Committee to rebook sites/facilities, all bookings must be cancelled no later than (NLT) 1 week prior to the event/activity. With the exception of emergency situations (to be determined on a case-by-case basis), failure to notify the Council Office of a cancellation within the prescribed time may result in a forfeiture of deposit(s)

Finally, bookings are not official until deposits are paid. First paid, first booked.

If you require further information on camping at Ernest Poole Scout Camp or do not receive a call from the office within 5 business days after submitting an on-line booking request, please contact the Council Office at (780) 454-8561 ext:235 to confirm that she has received your booking request.
